Waterdown Hall / HAMILTON, 2014

Waterdown Memorial Hall addition and renovation
Client: City of Hamilton

Waterdown Memorial Hall is a heritage building owned by the City of Hamilton, currently used by multiple community and arts groups. Workshop Architecture was hired to upgrade the building. We lead consultation with the various user groups to outline core requirements for building upgrades to meet the community needs and to improve its ability to generate income.

Options were presented to key stakeholders and the City of Hamilton in 2013. Heritage approvals have been received and detailed construction drawings have been completed with construction expected to begin in late 2014.
